PHOENIXBAND a refreshing, and intelligent brand of hook-heavy, Covers melodic Classic rock, which is charged with a wide range of emotions this is one band to keep your eyes (and ears) on. The music that unfolds from this collection of Classic Rock Cover songs effortlessly mixes a timeless brand of Rock with updated music mixed in for today's listeners.
Bands such as, The Beatles and The Eagles, Stones, Tull, and Deep Purple are covered. Not just a cover band, but a Tribute to Classic Rock music with Lefty's amazing ability to sing and sound like the singer he is covering they are so far apart from just your average cover band. Phoenix puts their own spin on these tunes. A great example of this is, the last song in set two.
Tom Petty's Running Down A Dream concluding with a unbelievable ending! A Phoenix original instrumental apply named Flight of the Phoenix� which has got to be seen and heard! The band transcends into a fever pace that truly demonstrates the bands creativity and and musical prowess and this is what sets Phoenix apart from the rest.
